A swift movement from short shorts....

From endless legs for Spring/Summer to early 60's glamour for Autumn/Winter. Valli's latest collection included a combination of textures making for an absolutely stunning collection. From tulle to feathers and fur. Even the set of the show was decorated in beautiful, delicate tulle. He played with floor length chiffon gowns adding a tuxedo jacket on top. A stunning black and tan shift dress with a beautifully contrasting orange trim. A beautiful beaded skirt, frills and bows galore. A 'fuzzy' camel coloured jacket worn with an equally textured crinkle miniskirt.

But my favourites were the ruffle textured skirt worn with a simple grey knit top, the gorgeous 'tea stained' chiffon dress, and the incredibly simple yet stunning black swing jersey dress. Valli maintained the idea of glamour, and if the rest of the world is dreary look to Giambattista Valli for inspiration and become a Glamba girl...
