Miu Miu...

Starting with stunning black designs, a beautiful structured dress which revealed a little skin and a high collar pussy-bow structured pinafore with gorgeous flower embellishment on the trim. The black outfits had a real sense of importance, yet whilst doing this they were playful, with terrific tailoring with quirky trims and beautiful embellishment. While maintaining that sense of importance with the sleek shapes the collection was also very girly...

A favourite for me, was the yellow dress with flower applique detail worn with a bow round the models neck. The colour is so prominent and the shape is elegant yet playful with the hemline. The same style dress in a beautiful purple was also a highlight. Darling mini-skirts worn with simple ribbed knits was all that was needed. The skirt, with the same playful hem line was what all eyes were focused on.

The collection was absolutely breathtaking, the colours, the shapes, the playfulness. Exactly what was needed for Autumn/Winter 2010, some colour, some fun, glorious texture and movement in our clothes...
